Our pastrami is made from 100% Irish Angus beef. After marinating for ten days in a homemade brine, it is then generously covered with spices such as coriander, pepper, mustard seeds, and many others. Finally, it goes into the smokehouse, where it is meticulously smoked over oak wood.
